INSTRUCTIONS
This final Team Evaluation DOES impact your grade (with moderation by the Teaching Team), as outlined in the course syllabus.
As with the Team Assessments, you will see the AVERAGE ratings and anonymised feedback from your teammates (along with your own self-assessment) after the deadline for submissions has passed.
Please note that your “Contribution Percentages” MUST add up to 100 across you and your teammates. You will not be able to submit the form until that is the case. (Percentages also have to be whole numbers; no decimals.)

Private Feedback to Teaching Team
Please put here ALL information that you want the Teaching Team to take into account when evaluating both your performance and that of each of your Teammates during the final grading review process.
Your answers here will be treated confidentially, and will NOT be shared with your team members. These answers will be taken into consideration when balancing individual grades within your team, along with the Teaching Team’s observations across the course.
